EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM SCHEDULE

This plan is for the seasoned agent. You must have at lease 2 years recent experience and has done $2,000,000. Broad Volume. You will keep 100% of the commission and pay the Broker a $500.00 fee.  You will have access to office space and the conference room whenever you need them.

Administrative Fees:     $100.00

Transaction Fees:        $400.00

NWMLS forms will be available to you at no cost. 

STANDARD COMMISSION SCHEDULE 

Real estate agents who are new to the real estate industry, have been licensed within the past 90 days, or who have completed less than 10 real estate transactions (5 listings and 5 sales) must remain with Nations Realty, LLC, for two years and will be compensated on the Standard Commission Schedule. 

Agent Commission:     70%

Broker Commission:    30%

NWMLS forms will be available to you at no cost.

PRIVATE OFFICE SPACE 

We offer a private office with phone and computer for $300 per month. 

Agent Commission:      100%

Broker Commission:         0%
